TULOLA:The Giant Subeng
Overview
A large illuminated metal installation in the form of a subeng.
The Giant Subeng is a tiered cylindrical piece made for TULOLA. Illustrations and script are cut through the metal, and light from inside throws the pattern onto the surrounding walls.

Rolled tiers that stack into the form of the ornament.

Line drawings and lettering laser-cut through the surface.

A light source inside the body that projects the pattern outward.
